To ensure high-quality content and a seamless user experience, all infographic submissions to Infographiac must meet the following requirements:

A. Image Specifications

• The ideal minimum width resolution for submitted infographics is 1,000 pixels.
• We accept a variety of image formats, including PNG, JPG, GIF and WEBP.
• The file size should not exceed 9MB.
• Paid submissions have more flexibility in resolution and file size. If any issues arise with your submission, our team will contact you for necessary adjustments.

B. Content Standards

• The infographic must be clear, well-designed, and visually readable.
• It must be relevant to the Infographiac community, providing useful or insightful information.
• No copyrighted content unless you have explicit permission or ownership rights.
• Infographics must not contain hateful, defamatory, misleading, explicit, or illegal content.
• Proper attribution must be provided if the infographic is sourced or created in collaboration with others.

2. Account Registration Requirement

To submit an infographic, users must create a free Infographiac account. This account grants access to our infographic social media features, including:

• Following other users to stay updated on their infographic submissions.
• Messaging system to communicate with other users within the platform.
• Personalized profile with your submitted infographics, liked content, and social interactions.
• Engagement tools such as likes, comments, and sharing options.
• Analytics Dashboard to track views and engagement on your submitted infographics.

By creating an account, you agree to comply with Infographiac’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

3. Submission Process

1. Register or log in to your Infographiac account.
2. Navigate to the “Submit Infographic” page.
3. Upload your infographic file, ensuring it meets the specified guidelines.
4. Provide a title, description, category, and relevant tags for indexing and visibility.
5. (Optional) Include attribution or source links if necessary.
6. Click “Submit” for review.
7. Our team will review submissions within 48 hours to 1 month depending on your package. If there are any issues, you will be notified via your registered email.

4. Paid Submission Benefits

Users opting for paid submissions receive:

• Priority review for faster publication.
• Flexible resolution and file size limits beyond standard requirements.
• Featured placement on the homepage and relevant categories for enhanced visibility.
• Direct support for submission optimization.

5. Compliance & Violations

Infographiac reserves the right to reject or modify submissions that violate these requirements. Users submitting fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized content may have their accounts suspended or removed.

• You affirm that you own or have the necessary rights to submit the infographic and that it does not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.

3. Content Guidelines

All submitted infographics must:

• Be original or properly attributed if you are submitting on behalf of a third party.
• Not contain explicit, offensive, defamatory, or illegal content.
• Be factually accurate and not intentionally misleading.
• Not include private or sensitive personal information without consent.

Infographiac reserves the right to reject, remove, or modify submissions that do not comply with these guidelines.

4. Attribution & Credit

If you provide an author name, website, or source, Infographiac will include it in the infographic’s display when possible. However, we are not responsible for third parties using or sharing your infographic without proper credit.

5. Removal Requests

If you wish to have your infographic removed from Infographiac, please contact [email protected]. We will process removal requests within a reasonable timeframe, but copies shared externally (e.g., social media) may remain beyond our control.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

Infographiac is not responsible for any claims, damages, or disputes arising from the use of submitted infographics. You assume full responsibility for the content you submit.

7. Modifications to Terms

Infographiac reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued submissions after changes constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
